Mont Rest Inn

Our apologizes to all of the children of the world regarding the first year we decorated Mont Rest with all the spender of the Christmas season. Unfortunately, when Santa stopped half way though his Christmas Eve journey, he was so overjoyed he just stayed at Mont Rest for days and about a third of the children of the world didn’t get their gifts until New Year’s Eve.

 

The last twenty years he just waits until he’s finished with everyone else and we have become his last stop. He can be found asleep in the tower usually until January 3rd.

 

Mont Rest is truly something to behold at Christmas time for both children and adults. Every room is elaborately adorned with decorations of the season. Dozens of themed Trees of every type with décor from Victorian elegance to whimsical Toyland are displayed throughout the mansion. Lighted villages, elegant swaged staircases and decorated mantels help finish the décor that will delight you at every turn. We have many celebrations for our guests to enjoy including a magical Christmas feast that even Charles Dickens would approve of.

 

Mont Rest at Christmas is a wonderful way to relax and actually celebrate the season.
